REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS POLICY

  • If you wish to cancel a new order you must inform us as soon as possible by contacting our office over the phone or in writing by sending an email to info@callceylon.co.uk / finance@callceylon.co.uk with a subject heading of Order Cancellation.
  • The refund payment will be made in accordance with the Refunds section below.
  • If we receive your order cancellation instruction before we have set up, activated and credited your account, you shall be entitled to a full refund of the total order price.
  • If we receive your order cancellation after we have credited your account, then you will be refunded the monthly subscription fee in full minus the account credit which is typically £5.
  • If you are an existing account holder you may cancel your account with us any time without prior notice and you will not be charged after the end of the current billing period, which is one month.

Compensation

If the service is not available due to any reason for more than 24 hrs we will refund the daily fee for each 24 hr period. This is only applicable to the monthly subscription fee and we will not be compensating for making calls via alternative systems or sources. Compensations are only made upon requested by the subscriber(s) via in writing or email with the reasonable information to prove the loss of service.

PAYMENT Flow & Delivery Policy

  • All CallCeylon packages are running on 30 day recurring payment cycles. There is no minimum contract period. Customers may cancel anytime with one month notice. Every 30 days the package gets renewed. All payments ( Bank Transfer, PayPal, Credit/Debit Cards) must be paid as a new transaction at the time of renewal.   • No deposit payment is required. Payment is required at the time of ordering and can be made by PayPal, bank transfer or UK debit or credit card.
  • Upon the completion of payment & submission of the information you will receive details of the calling plan account via email within 24 hrs.
